Scope
An Interview Skills Program equips students with the essential tools required to succeed in today’s competitive recruitment environment. It enhances communication, confidence, and presentation, provides guidance on crafting effective resumes and professional profiles, and offers structured mock interviews with constructive feedback.
The program also builds awareness of industry expectations, professional etiquette, and company research techniques—ensuring candidates are well-prepared, polished, and ready to excel in any interview setting.

Prof. Viral Porecha is an accomplished Assistant Professor of English, Certified Soft Skills Trainer as well as an author with a deep passion for shaping confident, career-ready individuals. With extensive experience in language, communication, and personality development, he has empowered countless students to excel not only in academics but also in interviews, workplaces, and everyday life.
As the lead trainer for BSEM’s Interview Skill Program (ISP), Prof. Porecha brings a practical, industry-focused approach to every session. His training goes beyond interview preparation, helping students master resume building, professional communication, workplace etiquette, confidence, public speaking, and interpersonal skills that today’s employers value.
Known for his engaging teaching style and student-oriented approach, he believes that true education is about developing both competence and character. His sessions inspire students to communicate with clarity, think critically, and present themselves with confidence in every professional setting.

Sahil Sir
Sahil holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication, Advertising & Journalism (BSC-MCAJ) and brings with him over 15 years of diverse industry experience across events, media, and communications.
His professional journey spans multiple domains — from event and media planning, wedding planning, client servicing, PR, and corporate communications to being the face of leading television platforms as a TV host and VJ for Taaza and MTV (Viacom). He has also established himself as a stage presenter, corporate speaker, host, motivational speaker, and company PRO, leaving a lasting impact on audiences with her dynamic presence and engaging delivery.
Alongside his professional career, he contributes actively to academia as a guest faculty at leading institutions including BSEM and other reputed institutes, inspiring and mentoring the next generation of professionals.
