BSEM Students Gain Practical Exposure at NSHM NAARC

At the Bhawanipur School of Event Management (BSEM), we ensure that students get hands-on experience in the most relevant and dynamic industry spaces. One such opportunity came in the form of a collaboration with NSHM NAARC—a prestigious annual event that celebrates innovation, research, and creativity across disciplines.

Our students were an integral part of the event execution team at NAARC (National Academic and Research Conclave), held at the NSHM Knowledge Campus. From coordinating session logistics and assisting with speaker management to handling crowd movement, tech support, and backstage responsibilities—BSEM students were on the ground ensuring that the event ran seamlessly.

They got the opportunity to work closely with educators, industry experts, student delegates, and management teams, giving them invaluable insight into academic and institutional event management—an often overlooked but critical vertical in the event industry.

This experience helped students refine their communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and most importantly, understand the importance of precision, professionalism, and adaptability in formal setups.
