From coordinating mehendi by the Marmara Sea to a royal-themed sangeet in a palace, and the traditional Indian wedding rituals with a Turkish twist, our students were hands-on with guest management, artist hospitality, décor supervision, logistics, vendor coordination, and more.

This multi-day affair saw over 500 guests and featured elaborate functions—from a vibrant haldi and mehendi ceremony to an elegant nikah and a spectacular reception night. Our students were at the heart of it all, managing hospitality, logistics, guest flow, backstage artist coordination, and on-ground execution.

They navigated cross-border event planning challenges like customs clearance, language differences, and international logistics with professionalism and maturity.
