Dance Deewane is a reality TV show that features dancers from three generations competing in different categories. The top three contestants from each category advance to the grand finale, where the best dancer is determined. The show has featured judges like Madhuri Dixit and Suniel Shetty, and hosts like Bharti Singh. “Dance Deewane” is renowned for its dynamic performances, celebrity judges, and vibrant atmosphere. Season 4, which aired this year, was no different. The show brought together dance enthusiasts from across the country, showcasing incredible talent and mesmerizing choreography.

The event was a high-profile affair, graced by some of the most renowned personalities from the event management industry.The inauguration was nothing short of spectacular, setting the stage for what promises to be a transformative journey for aspiring event managers. The evening featured a stunning array of performances, lavish décor, and a meticulously curated program that highlighted the essence of a grand Indian wedding.A Star-Studded Affair: The event was marked by the presence of illustrious figures from the event management world, who came together to celebrate and support the launch of BSEM. Javed Ali’s performance was a journey through his illustrious career, with a setlist that included some of his most beloved songs. The audience was treated to a mix of romantic ballads, high-energy dance numbers, and soulful melodies. Highlights of the evening included:

• Classic Hits: Ali’s renditions of chart-toppers like “Jashn-e-Bahara” and “Arziyan” had the audience singing along and reminiscing about his iconic tracks.
• Soulful Ballads: The singer’s emotive performance of songs like “Kun Faya Kun” and “Tera Jadoo Chal Gayaa” left a lasting impression, showcasing his ability to convey deep emotion through his music.
• Upbeat Numbers: High-energy tracks like “Chand Sifarish” and “Dilbaro” brought the crowd to their feet, with many joining in to dance and celebrate.

Javed Ali Enchants Kolkata with a Magical Night of Music at Science City Auditorium. In an evening that promised—and delivered—musical magic, the renowned Bollywood playback singer Javed Ali captivated the audience at the Science City Auditorium in Kolkata. The concert, held, was a resounding success, showcasing Ali’s vocal prowess and creating an unforgettable experience for the attendees. The BSEM students being a part of the concert and organising team was a great opportunity and live experience.
As the lights dimmed and the audience eagerly awaited the performance, the atmosphere in the Science City Auditorium was electric. Javed Ali, known for his soulful voice and chart-topping hits, took to the stage with an energy that set the tone for the evening.

Our event school BSEM had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Alan Walker concert at the Sunburn Festival in Kolkata, thanks to Inebenezer Events. This experience was a dream come true for our students, allowing them to engage in the dynamic world of live music production.

INTERNSHIP: BSEM students managing the Kolkata, Bryam Adams Concert in Aquatica

 Imagine the thrill of being part of one of the biggest events of the year—a Bryan Adams concert. For a group of event management students,  For the students, this was more than just an opportunity to see a legend perform—it was an unparalleled chance to dive into the practical aspects of event management.

“We were involved in everything,” says Khushi, one of the student volunteers. “From checking the technical setup and logistics to understanding crowd management—every aspect was a learning opportunity. It wasn’t just about organizing an event; it was about understanding the nuances that go into making a live concert run smoothly.”
























What truly stood out was how much the students learned on the job. Event management isn’t just about theoretical knowledge—it's about adapting, improvising, and making quick decisions. As the day of the concert approached, unexpected challenges surfaced: last-minute changes in the schedule, equipment malfunctions, and last-minute requests from the artist’s team. 

But it was in these moments that the students truly demonstrated their growing skills. They quickly learned how to think on their feet, troubleshoot problems, and keep calm under pressure—skills that will undoubtedly serve them well in their careers.
